How do you initiate a conversation with your customer about unemployment, illness and in worst case death?

When a customer just made his/her biggest financial transaction in life, undertaking a housing loan, Nordea has to be proactive and bring up what could go wrong and how to be prepared. In order to help the Nordea advisors to lift these topics in meetings with customers, we made a film that in an non-dramatic, yet compelling way, shows the benefits of having extra insurances to cover the worst scenarios.

The film was produced together with the production company Always Frank and Director Andrej Landin.
